Award-winning development of the revolutionary ARTEVO window system: REHAU Window Solutions has received a German Design Award (GDA) 2024 for ARTEVO TERRA. This award for the further development of the ARTEVO profile solution is already the second award for ARTEVO.

REHAU ARTEVO TERRA. A window masterpiece in sustainability’. This is the title of the entry with which REHAU Window Solutions competed for the coveted German Design Award (GDA) 2025 with REHAU ARTEVO TERRA. The jury has now announced that REHAU Window Solutions is one of the winners: the system house is the ‘Winner’ of the GDA 2025.

The experts from REHAU Window Solutions were able to convince the judges in the ‘Building and Elements’ category of the ‘Excellent Product Design’ competition with ARTEVO TERRA. The profile system with ARTEVO's 360-degree performance is based on bio-attributed PVC as an outstandingly sustainable material.

ARTEVO TERRA is REHAU Window Solutions' masterpiece in terms of sustainability and combines bio-attributed PVC in the top layer and recycled PVC in the profile core to maximise CO2 reduction. This innovative approach prevailed in an international comparison of several thousand submissions from a total of 59 countries.

The German Design Award is one of the most prestigious design awards in the world, is recognised far beyond specialist circles and enjoys a high general reputation. Since 2012, the German Design Award has been identifying key design trends, presenting them to a broad public and honouring them. Each year, the jurors honour exceptional submissions in product design, communication design and architecture.
