REHAU Window Solutions is now integrating the Matter standard into Smart Privacy, offering window professionals a decisive plus in terms of differentiation and added value. Smart Privacy is now compatible with all common smart home platforms. This simplifies the application enormously, makes Smart Privacy compatible with practically all end devices and offers maximum future security.
REHAU Smart Privacy is the innovative and visually sophisticated window solution for privacy protection from REHAU Window Solutions. The system provider from Erlangen has now revised Smart Privacy. Smart Privacy is now compatible with the Matter standard as a flush-mounted solution. The corresponding version with top-hat rail will follow in the course of 2024.
Smart Privacy offers quick and easy installation. In new buildings, the master controller is installed as a top-hat rail element in a control cabinet in a special installation and technology room. If the element is retrofitted into the building as part of a refurbishment, the experts install a flush-mounted solution in the room. The master controller contains the power supply and provides the corresponding interfaces for operating elements or building automation. One Master Controller in the flush-mounted version controls up to two Smart Privacy windows.
REHAU Smart Privacy communicates and interacts even more easily with all common smart home platforms - and with Matter, window professionals have access to a solution with innovative and future-proof technology. The intelligent pane of the REHAU Smart Glass window can actively change its status. It switches between transparent and opaque within a few milliseconds.
