Entrepreneurship and own responsibility
REHAU Industries divisions become Subgroups
12.12.2024
The REHAU Group's development towards industry-focused Subgroups began 20 years ago with the spin-off of RAUMEDIC. Meraxis followed in 2019 and REHAU Automotive and REHAU New Ventures three years ago. The Group is now continuing this evolution. As of 2025, REHAU Industries will be divided into four Subgroups and a service division. The new Subgroups will be headed by Dr. Roger Schönborn as CEO REHAU Building Solutions, Carsten Heuer as CEO REHAU Window Solutions, Dr. Thomas Tröger as CEO REHAU Interior Solutions, Dr. Ralf Dingeldein as CEO REHAU Industrial Solutions and Ingo Krendelsberger as CEO REHAU Global Business Services.
The Subgroups will have global responsibility for their business and should grow profitably. The customer will be at the center of the respective strategies and decisionmaking processes. “In order to continue on the path of sustainable growth and strengthen our market positions, the current individual divisions need more entrepreneurial freedom. With this Subgroup structure, we are striving to improve market and customer orientation, reduce complexity and increase flexibility,” explains Dr. Veit Wagner, President of the REHAU Group Supervisory Board.
As CEO of REHAU Industries, Dr. Uwe Böhlke has played a key role in the transition to the new structure. He will remain in the Group as a new member of the Supervisory Board of RAUMEDIC.
