Now the premium system provider has comprehensively expanded the factory as well as the logistics centre in Śrem, Poland.
The new plants create additional capacity for the sharp rise in demand in the attractive growth market of Central Europe.

REHAU Window Solutions is successfully continuing its global growth strategy: The premium system provider is now expanding the branch in Śrem, Poland, to become the central location for production and supply in Central Europe. The measure is the central component of an investment programme in REHAU Window Solutions locations in this high-turnover sales market. In addition, the polymer specialist is expanding and investing worldwide.

Erlangen, October 21th 2022 – REHAU Window Solutions is recording above-average growth in all regions. This success is the result of the strategy of consistently developing the business unit into a system provider. This is why REHAU Window Solutions is making targeted investments in the company's presence close to the market in many markets, thus meeting the high demand and at the same time successfully and consistently implementing its global growth strategy in the interests of local partners. On the American continent, for example, the investments in a new plant in Buenos Aires (Argentina) characterise the appearance of REHAU Window Solutions. In Great Britain, the polymer specialist is strengthening its presence in Blaenau, with a focus on sustainability and service.

REHAU Window Solutions is now investing in the growth market of Central Europe: the expansion of existing production and delivery facilities at locations in Poland and Romania will increase performance and service locally.

The plant expansions at the Polish location in Śrem are also connected to the expansion course. "With a strengthened regional performance profile, REHAU Window Solutions can from now on make even better use of the outstanding location of the Śrem site as our centrepiece in the region. In this way, we support the further growth of our partners in the connected markets with our investments and promote it proactively," says Heuer.

The result is a comprehensive expansion of the plant as well as the logistics centre in Śrem. Here, REHAU Window Solutions manufactures window profile systems and distributes them throughout Europe via the connected logistics centre. As part of the plant expansion, a new extrusion hall, a raw materials hall, a tool store, a lock room, a recycling hall and a logistics and order picking hall were built.

The Śrem plant can look back on a success story since 1998. REHAU Window Solutions invests there consistently and strategically. With the current expansion of the plant, the company is creating additional capacities for the future at the location. This is the optimal basis for always being able to meet the demand for products from REHAU Window Solutions in Central Europe, which has risen sharply over the years.
