From the beginning you are a fully integrated team member of your home department with own responsibilities and projects. 

International assignment

Together we create the perfect schedule for your 18 month program, which includes an international assignment of at least 4 months.

Individual Development

Together we will create your individual development plan and shape your career path at REHAU.

Collaboration

You will work on a cross-divisional strategic project within your graduate group, supported by mentors from the management.

Mentoring

A personal mentor and coach with management experience accompanies you through the program and support you to shape your own career path at REHAU.

Global network

During the program you will build up an interdisciplinary network for your future job position and be a part of exclusive networking events with top management contacts.

Start

You will receive a permanent contract at the entry.

Short term

Together with your manager you will define your targets and your evolution perspectives.

Long term

At the end of the program, you will have all the prerequisites to move into a management position within 3 to 5 years.

Graduate in Economics, Technical or IT studies

Open mindset and a performence culture

Fluent in English

International experience (e.g. 4 months internship)

Relevant internships (e.g. 6 months in a manufacturing international company)

Interest for international business travelling and valid driver´s license
