With RAUKANTEX folding, we offer you a high-quality edgeband made from polypropylene* that can be shaped in various ways as part of the soft-forming process or angled edgebanding.

The result: unique, handleless front panels without compromising on quality. The possibilities of the filigree side-panel construction are also manifold.

Working with edgebands

Doors with zero-joint edgebands come with countless advantages: they are long-lasting and extremely durable, enjoy the best cleaning properties, and they create soft edges on the rebate and non-rebate sides of the door as well as a high-quality look.

REHAU has developed an edgeband solution specially for this area of use, complete with a functional layer that adheres to a wide range of different bolt materials.

A folding process that does not involve any prior carving into the edgeband has become the state of the art in the door industry, as has the use of polypropylene and laser processing.
