This service is not available for systems with a manufacturing date after 31.12.2022. Furthermore, this portal and all associated services will be switched off on 31.12.2024. Of course, you can still control the system via your home network.

Shutdown of the Remote Portal Service

As announced, our service will be discontinued on 31.12.2024. However, we would like to offer you two alternatives so that you can continue to access your data and services:

1. Local use in your home network: you can use your devices directly in your home network to continue using all functions as usual.
2. Access via VPN (general information can be provided by REHAU on request): With a VPN (Virtual Private Network), you can securely dial into your home network from anywhere and access your data and services as if you were at home.
