We are excited for the relocation of our edgeband production from Baie d’Urfé, Canada to a new state-of-the-art plant in Celaya, Mexico. This change is necessary to remain the number one edgeband supplier in North America and continue to deliver reliable product to you and support future growth. During construction of our new plant over the next several months, we will continue business as usual and continue to support your material needs. Meet the team

Steven John

Currently plant manager Baie d’Urfé, Canada will lead support the transfer project to Mexico will take over as the new Plant Manager role for Celaya beginning of 2024.

Steven has over 30 years of experience with REHAU and in-depth knowledge of edgeband production from various management assignments at the two UK plants Blaenau and Amlwch as well as at plant Baie d’Urfé, Canada.

Luis Enrique Sepulveda

Currently handling the overall lead for the Celaya proejct, will take over the new role as Production Manager once the project is approaching its finishing line.

Luis Enrique is well grounded in Project, LEAN and Supply Chain Management as well as in running large scale operations from more than 17 years of employment at Avon Cosmetics in Mexico, before he joined REHAU in 2022.

Rosalia Valadez

Currently heading the Human Resources related project work for hiring, training, and compensation, will take over the position as HR manager for the new plant.

Rosalia has 17 years of experience working for renowned automotive companies including SAGreiner Automotive Interior Parts and BOS Automotive Products with knowledge in all relevant areas of the HR. She also has experience with the start of operations of new facilities in the region.
