REHAU announces the expansion of its RAUVISIO terra™ soft, textured HPL surface line with five new colors, featuring the sophisticated Fireside Walnut. Inspired by Mocha Mousse, Pantone’s Color of the Year for 2025, this rich shade adds a warm, elegant touch to millwork designs. As market trends shift towards warmer tones, Fireside Walnut and the four additional new hues provide a contemporary refresh to the RAUVISIO terra line.
Launched in 2017, RAUVISIO terra marked REHAU North America’s first woodgrain surface. This engineered wood product delivers superior durability as a HPL surface, providing superior impact- and chip-resistance compared to TFL and melamine. Its deeply textured surface lends an authentic wood look and feel, enabling designers to bring the outside in. Initially featuring nine colorways with primarily cool undertones, RAUVISIO terra has evolved to include several warm-toned options to stay aligned with color trends.

“As market trends shift from cool gray to warm tones, we’ve refreshed the RAUVISIO terra line by updating our color palette,” said Jesse Collins, director of marketing and communications at REHAU. “We’re excited to introduce five new colors that help our customers design entrancing natural spaces. Fireside Walnut offers a rich, true walnut shade that blends comfort and sophistication, beautifully complementing Pantone’s Color of the Year, Mocha Mousse. Soundside Oak, Lighthouse Oak and Sundial Oak all epitomize the honey trend. For those who prefer gray, Midsummer Elm provides a fresh take with warmer undertones.”
RAUVISIO terra is offered as laminates, boards and edgeband or fabricated panels and cabinet doors with perfectly matched REHAU LaserEdge™. Boards and fabricated components come standard with a particle board core, and are laid up with PUR glue.
