Where there are challenges, Timothy Lovell sees opportunities. Supporting plumbing contractors who live across 200,000 square miles could be daunting for some, but Tim is committed to adapting to the needs of each and every customer. “I stand behind my customers by molding myself to fit their goals,” he says. “Whatever your goals are, no matter the reach, I’ll be there to support you.”
Those who work alongside Tim speak highly of his dynamic, adaptive work ethic. “Tim is a trusted business partner who aligns himself with our goals, so we can fully support contractors with our shared resources and intelligence,” says Brian Zagrodny, area sales manager at distributor Ayer Sales. “He is equipped with lots of technical sales experience and provides value to our customers by engaging with them to understand their challenges.”
Tim steps up to bat for his customers, finding solutions to their day-to-day challenges. “Contractors can count on my support from start to finish,” he explains. “I’ll drop everything to help you wrap up a project. If you need a couple more fittings, I’ll be at the jobsite with extras so you can finish the job.”
Dedicated to learning and growth, Tim adds that he looks out for contractors by staying informed on industry trends. “If you’re not learning, you’re stagnant,” he says. “I support my customers by staying up to date on what’s new and fresh in the industry, so we can evolve together.”
Tim is proactive in both his professional life and personal life. He is working toward completing the New Hampshire 48, a bucket list of 48 hikes that exceed a 4,000-foot elevation. Tim is also training for a 2023 triathlon in the New Hampshire White Mountains, admitting that he is more excited for running and biking than the swimming aspect of the race. In a recent half marathon, he placed 213th out of 4,000 runners, with his family there to cheer him on.
