The owner of this property did some research into home refurbishment and how to improve the value of his home.  Convinced by the many benefits that uPVC windows and doors offer against traditional systems, he approached K Parker Joinery, a REHAU Authorised Partner, to start his refurbishment project with the replacement of all the doors and one window.

The durability and longevity of uPVC profiles plus the possibility to save energy costs with uPVC windows and doors were the main drivers in his decision. The doors and tilt/turn windows were fitted with double glazing with low-e glass to optimize energy efficiency.  As the homes are built quite closely to each other, the resultant noise reduction is another benefit this family is enjoying.
