All KPJ Energy Efficient Fenestration is in accordance with SANS 10400 XA (Energy Usage In Buildings) with testing done by an independent SABS approved laboratory. KPJ are members of the Association of Architectural Aluminium Manufactures of South Africa (AAAMSA) and the South African Glass and Glazing Association (SAGGA).

Advances in energy efficient fenestration technology have enabled us to vastly improve our range of products. The aim of new energy efficient regulations is to help the consumer reduce energy consumption. Currently a large amount of energy is being lost due to poorly made fenestration that does not comply with the new regulations. Our aim is to provide you with the correct U Value by limiting heat loss during winter and Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) by reducing the amount of heat being transmitted from outside to inside during the summer months.
