uPVC benefits hotel management and guests REHAU windows and doors specified

The Sunnyside Park Hotel, situated in a bustling area of Parktown, Johannesburg, is replacing the existing metal windows with double-glazed REHAU uPVC windows and doors fabricated by REHAU Authorised Partner, Elitetec.

REHAU uPVC windows and doors were specified for this upmarket heritage hotel for their noise reducing and energy saving benefits.

A special acoustic glass with a reflective grey tint is used in order to achieve maximum sound reducing and temperature regulating benefits.

The first phase of the refurbishment project started in 2018 with the replacement of 205 windows and doors, the current phase is 277 windows, totalling 482 windows/doors so far. The next phase will commence later in 2019.

Elitetec has an existing close relationship with the hotel’s owner, having previously done a project for him at the Holiday Inn, Kempton Park.  It was thus the obvious choice to use Elitetec’s  services again.
