As a man of his word, Jeff Halter is upfront and honest. His motto is: “Always be sincere and tell the truth, even if it may not be what someone wants to hear.”

Coming from depths of experience in the PEX industry, the Midwest sales manager has been with REHAU for five years. Jeff has worked alongside plumbing and mechanical contractors for decades and understands what it takes to stand behind them. “I answer contractors’ questions ASAP, meet them on jobsites to give them a hand and get to know their likes and dislikes,” he says. “Simply put, I do what I say and always go over and above.”

Jeff prides himself on being attentive and available to his customers, noting that he is able to provide the best possible service thanks to the entire REHAU crew. Jeff Schneider and Matt Anderson are his go-to guys for technical engineering support, while Heidi Griesbach from inside sales is a “godsend” who takes the lead on customers’ order entries and shipping inquiries.
