MUNICIPEX reclaim
MUNICIPEX® reclaim pipe transports reclaimed water from the water treatment facility to the point of use.
MUNICIPEX reclaim is color-coded with a purple PE shield that protects the pipe against ultraviolet light (sunlight) for an extended time and indicates use in reclaimed water applications.
Manufactured using the same PEXa process as our water service pipe, MUNICIPEX reclaim is offered in diameters of 1 and 2 in. with coil lengths up to 1,000 ft (304.8 m). Backed by a 25-year limited warranty.
"The durability and ease of use of MUNICIPEX reclaim were the biggest selling points for me. If you bend copper and PVC a certain way, it won’t go back. This is not the case with MUNICIPEX because you can bend the pipe in different ways and still bend it back, if needed. The pipe maintains its integrity, and you know you've installed durable pipe.”
-- Chad Wilbanks, Strategic Director of Training and Technology at The Water Tower
