An attractive family home, ‘The Cedar Views‘ has recently been built on the south-western fringes of Woking, adjacent to a popular period property – The Strawberry Tree. 

The new building was designed by local architects BBF Fielding and needed to complement the charm and character of its neighbouring period building. It was a requirement that products installed, including the windows, were in keeping with the traditional features of The Strawberry Tree while also providing the convenience and quality of new modern products.

Saqib Butt, the owner of the Strawberry Tree property, said: “We were on the lookout for windows that would complement the original design and aesthetic of the period neighbouring building, while also having all the benefits of modern PVC-U windows. It offers triple chambered profiles which help to ensure the building is well insulated. It also offers an ‘A’ Window Energy Rating (WER) by only using the standard components of the window and without the need for any extra thermal inserts.
