It does what it promises.

1 - Robust outer jacket

The unique geometry of the pipe’s outer jacket cleverly combines flexibility and safety: U-shaped wave crests with wide contact surfaces and high wall thickness make it extremely robust for deployment on construction sites. In combination with the V-shaped pipe troughs, the jacket is noticeably easier to bend during installation.

2 - Longitudinal water barrier

Welded all around, the longitudinal water barrier offers the best possible protection against moisture penetration into the pipe insulation, even if the outer jacket is partially damaged.

3 - Fine-pored PUR foam

The formulation has been newly developed and is characterised by excellent insulation properties combined with outstanding flexibility.

4 - PE-Xa carrier pipes

.Reliable transport of hot and cold water: Our extremely durable PE-Xa carrier pipes in REHAU quality – tried and tested for more than 40 years.

Permanently connect your pipe systems with our compression sleeve jointing system – without O-rings and welds. Our innovative CLIP-FLEX shroud shroud and universal heat-shrink shroud allow you to insulate your pipe system safely and simply, with full flexibility. All components are tested and certified.
